All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days after order confirmation.

As our products are handcrafted and hand-finished by artisans, slight delays may occasionally occur during high order volumes, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted third-party courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping methods may include:

Available shipping options may vary depending on the delivery location.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines within India are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, regional accessibility, or other unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000.

  • Orders below ₹1000 will attract a flat shipping fee of ₹199.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

  • WhatsApp

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to:

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, or undelivered due to:

additional re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Packages During Transit

If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

Any transit damage concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Makhmali Threads ships only within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future. Any updates regarding international delivery availability will be announced on our website and official channels.

10. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All products at Makhmali Threads are handcrafted and handblock printed manually by skilled artisans.

Slight variations in:

  • Colour tones

  • Print placement

  • Texture

  • Patterns

  • Minor irregularities

are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

These variations reflect the authenticity and uniqueness of artisan craftsmanship.
